Great video. I have a question, when you further divide the User stories into task/subtask, do you use hours there or further divide story points? Please give some examples

Thankyou for this. Question. Is it mandatory to have software product knowledge or lets say IT expertise to become a scrum master?

Do you have a specific format for the Acceptance criteria? Like the user stories have?
@chektientan37293 жыл бұрын
For each criterion, actually there isn't really a "format" to follow, but more of a how-to when writing them. The main idea is that each criterion should be verifiable, i.e., concisely describe an aspect of what it means when this story is completed. Of course in theory being as specific, measurable, quantifiable, etc are all good, but in practice, we just do our best given the limited visibility we have at the Sprint Planning stage, alongside the never-ending time constraints...

Do you still use the walls and paper instead of just an app like Trello, Jira or Asana?
@chektientan37292 жыл бұрын
Definitely using some form of digital means to manage everything (github projects and jira), especially in this pandemic era... Even during the time when we were still able to do the physical meetings, we tracked everything digitally.

@@chektientan3729 thanks for the reply. So is it worth the time and investment to use the paperbased tools in person when you can just project it on screen or everyone can access it from their own laptops?

Short, and sweet. Do you mentor Scrum masters who are looking for a job after certification?
@chektientan3729 Жыл бұрын
sorry but no :)
@user-cm8hn7in8w11 ай бұрын
but user stories should be prioritised in Product backlog and Developers take them from the top, ad User story shoud be refined during backlog refinement, and stories without acceptance criteria should not be in planning
