Just subbed. Drove trucks for 7 years and then started driving a 2019 350 promaster for a fleet owner for a expediting company 2 years ago. Fleet owner offered me a chance to buy the van last April. Has 230k miles on it now. I got into it with 36 miles. I did not know the van market was a big deal until recently. When I pay off the van in the next 1-4 months I can see I have alot of options. Well unfortunately, none of those loads will work with a Sprinter. The biggest issue is dock height. You wouldn't be able to load/unload in most warehouses. Next is opening height, a lot of brokers may put 10ft LENGTH, but the load may be 100 inches TALL (meant for a semi trailer). Also brokers post under "partial" for a semi trailer so good luck trying to negotiate decent rates with a Sprinter. You'll struggle to book loads at reasonable rates with anything less than a 26ft box truck.
