Well AFAIK the nerf Giorno had was more or less just a limit to his Return to Zero ability. I very much bet that there is in fact a limit to GER's RtZ, meaning he wouldn't just spam it infinitely, it's just that it's only used once so we don't know the exact powers and limitations of GER.

why star hand? basically, requiem is an syronger version of ur original stand, it haves more abilities than its original so it worked as upgrade

@@Kent_Crimson well for starters The World (Above Heaven) was as power as it was because of the ability to over reality itself which makes GER useless as shown when they tried to fight him (though the game is not really Canon to the main storyline). Pucci's stand Made in Heaven doesn't have that same ability. Instead it just affected time itself hence why Jotaro gets a more nerf time stop and only gets 4 seconds. GER on the other hand is still objectivly stronger than Made in Heaven and even if we said that MiH was stronger. The ability to still take damage from attacking GER's creatures would still effect him the same way like Time Stop effected and Weather reports ability killed him.
