​@@RKR1978sir I'm having standard 2009 model bullet right side gear.I'm also sometime having issues of insufficient torque tried say things but some time torque will increase some time decrease don't know what to do.in utube a malayali rider installed performance sprocket with Teeth no:42 in his Himalayan is review was awsome check it out its A universal sprocket so can be fitted in any bike of company SPARROW TECQ watch it or after installing can u say difference.don't know whether u can install it because of drum brake have to convert to disk and throw away drum😢 think so any way can u explain in detail about this.

Absolute no. As the 3 plate clutch is always slipping. Unnecessary power and efficiency loss. You can tight the clutch cable in a 4 plate clutch for the same results

അതിനെന്താ. First gear or second ഗിയറിൽ നമ്മൾ 1% ത്തിൽ താഴെ ദൂരം അല്ലേ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ. ഞാൻ ഒരു വർഷം പതിനായിരം km വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിൽ 1-2 gear 0.1 % മാത്രമേ ഉപയോഗിക്കാറുള്ളു.

മലയാളത്തിൽ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. പക്ഷെ ഹിന്ദി English ഭാഷകളിൽ ധാരാളം ഉണ്ട്‌. പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ ഇത് ഒരു profession ആക്കി എടുത്തിട്ടില്ല എന്നതിന്റെ കുഴപ്പം ഉണ്ട്‌ താനും. Experience നും കുറവുണ്ട്(Professional mechanic അല്ല ). അടൂർന് അടുത്താണ് വീട്.

അതേ chain എത്തിയില്ല..😪😪. പരാജയപ്പെട്ട പരീക്ഷണം ആയിപ്പോയി.

Clutch slip ആയി ശക്തി നഷ്ടം കുറയും ഇങ്ങനെ ആക്കിയാൽ. പക്ഷെ വല്ലാതെ slow speed ൽ ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. (20kmph etc). കൂടുതൽ ഓട്ടം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ പോകട്ടെ എന്നാണ് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം. Gear box main shaft അൽപ്പം വെത്യാസം വരുത്തണം എന്ന് ആണ് മനസിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.

Ignition timing ഒന്ന് check ചെയ്യാം (ഞാൻ video ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ) Bullet ന് engine വേഗതയ്ക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചു മാത്രമേ കൈ കൊടുക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളു... (പതുക്കെ ഓടുമ്പോൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് ഒന്ന് Accelerator കൂട്ടിയാൽ വണ്ടി വലിക്കില്ല... Air-fuel ratio കൃത്യമായാലെ വണ്ടി വലിക്കൂ )

Gear ratio നാളെ calculate ചെയ്തു പറയാം. 8:9 is not equal to 1:1.25. പിന്നെ, ഞാൻ വളരെ സ്പീഡിൽ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ്‌. അത് പോലെ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് സഞ്ചാരം.
