Have you ever baked bacon? I'm exactly the same about the cooking thing, but baking is so much better! I just fill a cookie sheet at 375 for about 15 min. Then you can warm it up in the air fryer for a bout 3-4 minutes in the morning!

I love your energy, especially when it comes to food. You like to live life happily and healthily while not focusing on restricting any food category unless absolutely needed to for health purposes. Thank you for the inspiration to live a healthy balanced lifestyle!!! I just need to regain my motivation to work out consistently now lol. I once was addicted to working out daily and now I can’t seem to get myself to do anything after work 🤦🏽

I love sprouts! My favorite items there are the Chompies cinnamon rasin protein bread The chicken sausage from the meat counter is absolutely amazing a must try! The hot and sweet Italian...omgosh! So good!! The Green Mountain Greek cream cheese is so good, high protein, and so creamy! Great haul!!

I’ve tried a few of the Honest to Goodness creamers and really liked them! They make some regular dairy creamers as well. Sprouts brand vegan protein is honestly my favorite vegan protein. It bakes really well and has a great consistency in smoothies

I freaking love sprouts!!!! It’s right across from my work basically here in Raleigh. I always spend way too much money! I love the nut pods creamer, also when I’m in a hurry I love their pre prepared meals or the ones you just pop in the oven. I’m a big fan of their chicken salad with the nuts. It’s addicting! They also have a great fruit selection I got some apples recently I’ve never tried before and they were probably the best apples I’ve ever tasted. I don’t think I’ve gotten anything from Sprouts I didn’t like. Definitely can not go in there hungry 😂😂

you should try the stock black cold brew (NOT the extra bold lmao)! it is plain and really good, and you can add whatever yumminess to it! i love the blonde roast too, but this is also delish and more readily available.

Hi Manders!! I suggest trying Painterland sisters organic Skyr Yogurt! It’s lactose free, thick, high protein, and delicious! My favorite is MeadowBerry!!

Girl, Wegmans has some pretty good fully cooked bacon! We get the organic Turkey, but I believe they just came out with regular bacon as well!

I LOVE SPROUTS! It’s like Whole Foods and TJ’s had an affordable baby. 😂 This brand isn’t exclusively in Sprouts, but Partake Foods has SUCH good little mini cookies that are allergy, gluten, nut, dairy and shellfish free and I could eat an entire box. Their bakery also has these delicious Asiago & parmesan bagels that are TO DIE FOR, and in their bulk foods section, DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED HONEY COMB! They also have great granola that is Sprouts brand, aaaaaaand I could go on forever. Sprouts is my fav ❤

If you write or call the number on the box and complain sometimes companies send you free shit 😂 I found a piece of glove in a dehydrated mango once and got like 6 bags of course glove free 😆
