Herc, the Drillmaster, telling the big goats to get out of the bunk and take a hike! Spruce think he's Superman, leaping from tall buildings in a single bound! I love how attentive Herc is to his herd!

Hey Shannon I was watching blue cactus dairy goats today or yesterday and they explained that when they are feeding the kids (they take babies off momma's after a few days) that they get a wet rag and gently pat the baby's bottom to make it feel like Mama goat is cleaning them. It stimulates them to go to the bathroom and have more normal stools. Check the last two or three of kidding videos that they have out. Hope this helps.

We can’t ever get enough of baby Spruce, as you said he will grow super fast and the work will ALWAYS be there. Enjoy him being a cute cuddly baby as long as you can. No other baby will be as friendly unless you bottle raise them too.

Call it the Playpen for Spruce. Make Spruce a lower climber to practice on. I have had so much fun watching him and a few grandma moments when he got up so high and close to the edge.

Spruce is the most energetic kid I've ever seen and I bet he knows how lucky he is. Herc is able to be a puppy again with his bff. Blue eyes is getting acclimated really well and now Mario and Luigi are able to spend time with the others and less time getting butted . Love Spruce ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Spruce is so darn cute. I love the zoomies. Herc sure does love the little guy. The girls seem to be acclaimating very well. I bet you two are getting anxious to get going on the shed and the gardens and more fun stuff for Spruce in his new daytime area. Take your time and enjoy the precious time with the animals while they acclimate and for Spruce to grow a little more. Herc is so great with Spruce! You'll want to wrap the trunk of the trees with chicken wire to keep the goats from stripping the bark and killing the trees. The nursery looks great.

Guys, Spruce IS exactly why we watch! lol He is so stinking cute we have to watch him. Love how he has discovered that pallet mountain and so now he is enjoying it. He is just like a kid that just discovered how to peddle his little tricycle and you just can't get him off of it. lol You really need to build him a little one in his own area. Oh, by the way, that was a very smart thing to do. Building him his own area where you can keep him while you guys' work. Oh, it's his little baby play pen. lol remember how mommas had to have a play pen to put babies in to get some work done? So there you go. Love to watch him hop around. He's just adorable. I wish people wouldn't complain...it's all part of it. You can't be building all the time. I love seeing the animals, and Spruce has been such a joy to watch. I think it's incredible how invested in the goats that you are. It's wonderful. Sadly though there's always the few that have to complain 😕 😪

I so enjoy watching all the kids, Spruce is one of a kind. Being a animal parent is the best, I have human kids, but animals make life and fill it with joy too, Thanks for sharing. All kids grow up way too fast, My human kids are in the early 40s, and all the animals here are passing from old age. Enjoy each day, and thank you for sharing.. Now time to rewatch what I just watched.❤
