I believe using 1-7 Likert scale in values must use and other categories than 1-SD and 7-SA, that is 2-D(Disagree), 3-MD (Moderate Disagree), 4-N (Neutral) so on. Reason is when you use frequencies what kind of chart or table you will have if you check only 1-SD and 7-SA?

very nicely explained, i have filled the questionnaire on the same instructions. Now the problem is how to set the "Measure" column on the SPSS. I mean Nominal, Ordinal, or Scale.. Kindly refer me a video link to help me in overcoming this confusion. Thanks in Advance
