I've wondered all around stone Hill but I can't find anymore gems all I've managed to collect was 197

If you press down on the left analog stick, Sparx will point you to the missing gems! :)

im not sure but when i was very very young i used to play a spyro game, i dont remember much of it but i played it on the first xbox. do you think this it it?

No, this game was originally for the Ps1 way before the XBox. The game you played was probably either A New Beginning or A Heroes Tail :)
