Would you please message back here in a couple months and let me know about the locals in Squamish please. I’m considering taking my daughter to visit but we are two mixed girls and with the way things have been in the world…I only feel safe asking ahead of time about racism in new places 😔

@@the1442 awww I’m sure it can be really scary. I’m so sorry to hear about your experiences:( ❤️ I can’t say too much as I am fully Caucasian but from what I have noticed so far are the people are very welcoming and friendly to everyone. There are people from all over here, and everyone seems to be full of love and kindness. I’ve never met such friendly people in my life. But that is my personal experience. I definitely recommend it here though, it’s beautiful and full of nature
