Dezertdimes guy here..... mid travel and long travel kits are still available for the 2wd s10s. C4fabworks makes em.... I have personally build and sold 4wd front long travel and mid travel. As far as front glass for first gens and besides hellion makes em. I believe roadrunner makes a colorado conversion front clip for first gens as well... or possibly the Colorado clips fit fairly well. That trucks cool I've seen it in person a few years back at a DD meet. Dig it's style. I've owned many s-chassis' over the years but currently I'm rocking a 92 oldsmobile bravada. Upscaled s10 blazer. Lq9, caged, awd, Mezzanine rear links soon to be on 37s and a new front end. If anyone is looking for s10 prerrunner information there is a wealth of knowledge in the dezertdimes community.

I’ve always loved S-10 15s , and this one is awesome! Back in 93 I got to Ripp a 2WD one with a Corvette Motor through my old neighborhood in Queens and it was sick! I’m not a fan of the stock rear or engine but at least I finally found a truck with less power than my 4 Cylinder S.A.Swap Tacoma lol Definitely love that he left it drivable, cause I have a hard time understanding vehicles that sit in the garage? They’re made to drive! So freakin drive em! And he does! I don’t think I would ever build something for the garage, nothing like driving your shyt! Great video brother!

Not sure about the older ones like this but the years around 2000 s10 trucks and blazers were a headache to lift or modify the suspension up front. Those year s10s weak link is the front suspension, a arms and ball joints were undersized and not much you could do with the geometry and how they mounted the arms to the frame. I mean you can lift them and people did but they handled sketchy and ate ball joints, wheel bearings and entire front ends. I love s10's and still have a 2000 zr2 2 door blazer, I'd love to do something like this vids build, so if anyone knows of any kits and advancements for these things let us all know. Maybe things have changed. Obviously I know you can build whatever you want out of anything with a million dollars but curious what's out there for the s10 these days that's within reach.
