The Shape Japer is making people dance when they step onto squares, even if they don't want to - Spooky Spoon is mixing things from a quiet cafe with a noisy party - Number five is out on a mission, but no one can see a pattern in the different problems as the Puzzler has set them a challenge about how to solve different problems.
Inside the couch of a family in London, superhero numbers solve mathematical problems, with fun, excitement, and learning. They go about their everyday lives inside their sofa until a call comes in from a real-life child Agent, who reports a problem that needs solving. One or two of the Numberjacks fly out on location to investigate. The Numberjacks must work out how to put things right and thwart the dastardly intentions of the Meanies.
