Quick little tip on how to create a square to round ducts in SolidWorks. There are many ways of making it, this is just one way. With this model you can use and re-use it and it should become part of your library.

The round and rectangular size consider are to inside diameter, mean diameter or outside diameter ??

what version are you using, mr? i am using SW 2012 and when i use lofted bends it is not like what you are using and i get problem!

+duy nguyen This is SolidWorks 2014. The lofted bend had an update in 2014 which introduced manufacturing method selection between bend and formed which would be significantly different than in 2012.
