Looks good Todd. When i painted on my F350, the POR 15 had a tendency to peel some over some painted areas but on the rust it was great.

Sarah -n- Tuned used POR when she restored her Grams Ranger. Has great lasting results. Kills rust in its sleep.

Get a set of load spreaders for your rocker cover bolts & HP gaskets with 3 layers cork/syn/metal/cork/syn.

Squarebody is a whole new work compared to the normal stuff you usually do.... leaking valve covers, yuppp wait till you experience headers. I powdercoated, mine on my k5 with 454 and the only time they don't leak is when it hasn't started after replacing gaskets. The bolts always loosen up and the collectors always leak. I am going to cut off collectors and just weld it.... but as much of a pain as they are, I do love them

I bet you had some eggs-a-roniuos while waiting for it to dry? A trick I learned and is cheap put aluminum foil on lines etc you dont want paint on. Conforms fast, easy and cheap.
