Watched a vid on this sort of practice the other day, then headed to the court, cos now I need to do it myself. Turns out these exercises are far more difficult than they look on celluloid. A bit discouraging, to be honest.

These are definitely advanced drills and he’s a pro player doing them very quickly. Try slowing it down to make it easier but things like the volley drills take a lot of time and practice.
