Hi Gary, before going into the workout must i go under 10 min warmup? Or just get into the routine?

Always try and work through a warm-up process before any kind of strenuous exercise. There's some good routines elsewhere here on the SquashSkills channel.

Ha, we were trying to get the 'training at home' vibe for the videos, hence the bookcases - it was actually filmed in our squash club committee room! 😅

Is a set all 4 workouts in a row, and then rest for 90 secs? Or there are 12 rests of 90 secs? Also, how to make it more advanced? Eg I can do more then 8 push ups

Hi Tomislav. The workout should be completed with 90secs rest between every set, so it's a total of 12 rests, yes - 3 sets of each exercise, before moving to the next. To make it more advanced, it's better to focus more on just exerting greater force - if you increase the reps/sets too much, it becomes just another generic endurance session. For the plyo push-ups for instance, you might make a slight increase to 10 or 12 reps, but you'd be better off to concentrate on getting more height on the push-ups - aim for a double clap between each rep, for example.
