Cardenas has high potential. He should study what worked for Coll so well here and copy a lot of the techniques... Coll works his opponents to death and then it matters in games 2-3-4.... He has options on his shots until the last 1/10th of a second.

Coll seems to recover extremely quickly so he is almost always ready for the next shot. And that left-hand drop or volley is a huge weapon. He got a lot of points with that.

Cardenas looks like he has the game to be in top 10 and potentially top 5 and higher. Very impressive even though he lost by a good margin.

Cardenas won his first world tour title in March this year, I guess he was hoping for a closer match with Coll. He‘s got a lot of potential, though.

Coll wearing neon shoes is a statement! I don't think that is a good plan. The best flyers like Ramy play with neon shoes.

They wouldn't have been given. The "soft" lets/strokes of the ordinary competitor are not allowed to the professionals. And I think you might find that Cardenas restricted Coll's shot making just as much as the reverse.

Sorry, their flight of foot doesn't need neon shoes. Ramy and Amr were the fastest fluid players. Imagine they had stupid neon shoes on. Off-putting!
