People ask can a big block Chevy go in a stock subframe on the 62 through 67 Nova-ChevyII's.The answer is yes,with some cutting,fitting,grinding, welding,and a little imagination along with some cussing involved they'll fit. Moroso & Milodon make oil pans,and in my case I used Hooker fenderwell headers,part number 2280 HKR.This is how this subframe and firewall was massaged to accommodate a big block Chevy. May not be the only way to do it,but it works.
