The staff admitted that you have to be willing to play to actually be involoved in the game. If they joined the staff by choice then that seems believeable but the staff is very proffesional and they dont force anyone to do anything unless it is follwed by rules of a certain game or restriction.

First of all, if you actully WATCHED the series, you would know that the aim of Squid Game is to give people living lower class drowning in dept a chance. They want to give them new opportunities. The chances of other games having players bring that up isn't high but not too low as well. Plus there are also chances that the majority voted to stay. Like whay the heck? These tik tok theorists never even consider the other squid game events happening and their "theories" revolve around the one showed on netflix. Also, there are hundreds of guards in squid game.
