money heist is so good!! i highly recommend it! but yeah, you are on point about squid game, it was too violent for me :( money heist did not have such effect on my psyche as squid game!

It's not about one show that you watch, it is about consciously choosing what you surround yourself with. If you eat McDonalds every day all day long and your body becomes unhealthy, that is because you eat too much junk food, not because you are not in control of your body. Same here, if you surround yourself with too much violence and horrors on a consistent basis, you will start to change (just like in McDonalds' example). I preach being careful with what information you allow into your life. :)
