I promise you, you're wrong. This is an intersection and they're waiting to cross, going into that store, and also there is a guy behind the sign thing and crowd with an old school hustle where he hides a pea or something under a cup and you have to guess which one is under. That guy+ that being a really busy intersection is why so many people stopped and watched. These people make their money because you have to pass them and therefore you see what they're doing and maybe you're interested. Ain't nobody got time for these dancers on the sidewalk
