I like to belief that Leafpool sacrificed herself for Squirrelflight during the rockslide. Completely killing Leafpool, while Squirrelflight was able to come back. And that Leafpool made the sacrifice for what Squirrelflight all had done for her.

I see that "love for Bramblestar keeping her alive" as just "her will to live." She is just still too strong and it's not her time yet. There is still something for her to live for. I think Squirrelflight is underappreciated these days. I like your video and can understand your points. Imagine spending most of the series doing what is right and having respect from your kin for a long time, and then all of a sudden you die as a traitor.

I really think squirrelflight has had a lot of development as a character and deserves to be leader. I’m sort of sick of Bramblestar, Tbh. He just feels bland.

I get she’s such a popular character that killing her off will send the fandom into mayhem, but this is not a subtle way to deal with this. She did not own nine lives and manages to return to life when FireStar loved his mate so much, he left StarClan for his last life. I get that it is a bit different, and FireStar knew his destiny was to join StarClan as his left life pulled a trigger, but SquirrelFlight simply ‘loved’ BrambleStar, and that’s how she returned back to life. How and WHY, StarClan is supposed to accept dead cats, yet instead, “the love between BrambleStar and SquirrelFligh is far too strong to be parted” it doesn’t matter wether she is deeply back in love with her leader or not, it’s what StarClan is supposed to do, and they let it happen. Frankly, I’m irritated at this. And I also understand how she only returned because she hadn’t yet filled out her position in her life, and there is much more. Wouldn’t that be a way better reason then to love too much? Hm?

This Super Edition was one of the most painful to read. It's just 400 pages of Squilf torture.

In the story lost stars it said that squirrelflight died, at first I had no idea what was going on. I looked on the wiki, and it turned out leafpool was dead. I mean she wasn't mentioned in the book or listed in the aligances. And then all the sudden, it clicked, I had a theory that leafpool might've sacrificed herself for squirrelflight, and that would explain the new super edition. Honestly, I love you theory it's perfect and ties with the plot very well, if squirrelfligts super edition isnt about this, im gonna screaaam!! 😒😒😒😒

I think this is a really fitting book that has been waiting to come out. When she was first introduced she was a reckless apprentice who's choices never have consequences, I know she has grown a lot since she was an apprentice but a book from her perspective again will really make her character grow more
