Alok Pandey is the vehicle to relay the life and teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother in this talk. Pandey is engaging and informative, with many personal stories of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo coming through. This talk was given in Greenville, SC, USA in June, 2015 as one of many offerings of the Integral Yoga Retreat, led by Alok Pandey, Sraddhalu Ranade and other sadhaks of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.

I was brought up in the school at Kolkata run by sankar sen who was one of the student of mother at Pondicherry ashram. So when i hear mother n sri Aurobindo talks i tends to forget this world n fill my mind n heart with mother's joy
