What an amazing way to finish my trip by showing you the real hospitality of Sri Lankan people - the way they treat you, welcome you, offer you things, and say goodbye is just incredible. This video is proof and representation of Sri Lanka's humanity and as well as a little back story of the country with old stamps, coins, and antique items.
I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed filming it.

Dear Davud Nice vlog. That shop owner was really a gentleman and men like him will inspire people like us to visit Sri Lanka again ( I was there with my family in 2018). We really liked the trip and enjoyed it a lot even though we never traveled to village interiors like you did .We visited Colombo, Kandy,Nuwara Eliya and Negombo .

Just watched your vlog now and was amazed with the iron for clothes using coal for heating. We also used that in the Philippines I can remember maybe in 1960's.
