Noodles 300g නූඩ්ලස් 300g
Chicken meat 70g චිකන් 70g
Pork meat 70g පොක් 70g
Shrimp 10- 12 ඉස්සෝ 10- 12
Oil 3tbsp. තෙල් මේස හැදි 3
Onion ½ large ලූනු ලොකු ගෙඩි ½
Garlic 4- 5 cloves සුදු ලූනු බික් 4- 5
Ginger 1 inch ඉඟුරු අගලක් ඇමන 1
Red pepper 4- 6 රතු මිරිස් 4- 6
Oyster mushroom 70g හතු 70ගg
Carrot 2 large කැරට් අල 2
Green onions 1 cup ලූණු කොල කපපු කෝප්පයක් පමණ
Soy sauce 1 tsp. සෝයා සෝස් තේ හැදි1
Sweet soy sauce 1 tsp. ස්වීට් සෝයා සෝස් තේ හැදි 1
Oyster sauce 1 tsp. ඔයිස්ටර් සෝස් තේ හැදි1
Pepper 1tsp. මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැදි1
Salt 2tsp ලුණු තේ හැදි1
Cook noodles with නූඩ්ල්ස් තම්බා ගන්න
Oil 1tsp තෙල් තේ හැදි 1
Cardamom 4-5 කරදමුන්ගු 4-5
Bay leaves 2 බේ කොල 2
Cloves 4- 5 කරාබුනැටි 4- 5
