Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends...hope you all are doing good??today I came with an interesting recipe video....that is srilankan style maalu paan or fish bun recipe...some people called as "curry bun"too....I made this healthy maalu paan or curry bun recipe using home made plain flour...making maida or plain flour will be very easy and also very healthy too...
So I made this maida or plain flour using only atta or wheat flour....this easy fish bun will be very healthy snack in ifthar time....you can enjoy this maalu paan recipe during ramadan....also made curry or stuffing for this maalu paan will be so special...because I made this short eates curry bit differently...

Ingredients:
FOR MAKING BUN DOUGH:
*Flour[maida or atta or mixed]-600g
*Salt
*Egg-1[med]
*Dry yeast-3 tea sp
^Sugar-2 tea sp
*Butter or magarine-3 TBsp
*Milk-300ml
FOR MAKING FILLING:
*Potato-400g
*Mustard seed-half tea sp
^Oil-1.5 TBsp
*A piece of onion
*Ginger garlic paste-1 tea sp
^Turmeric-half tea sp
*Salt
*Pepper powder-half TBsp or as your taste
*Chili flakes-half TBsp or as your taste
*Leeks-handful
*Tin fish-200g or as your taste
*Curry leaves
*A piece of cinnamon[optional
*Cardamom-2 pods[optional]
*Lemon juice-2 tea sp
