I have been riding royal enfield since 2009 My take - I used k and n air filter also rejet my bike carburetor main and pilot jets ( without ths mod airfilter is just a mod), Tune carburetors to bit rich Free flow exhaust red rooster is ok I got fastest running classic 350.

No need to tune after installing air filter on the 650 twins . Let the engine idle for 15mins and your ecu will learn automatically

Can I replace paper filter in splendor with sponge filter (as in old model splendor). Are sponge filter as good as paper filter? I prefer sponge filter as they can be cleaned easily

Do not use sponge filter even by mistake in BS-6 vehicles, otherwise the next damage will be "injector failure".
