Worst service from SRM railway. They have not provided wifi from Chennai itself. Food service is too bad.... No opt for this train for travel.... In my coach... Their was no water in one side rest room.

I am returning from Kasi today. They didnt provide water bottles to passengers. SRM staff are telling dont have water bottles but they sre using water bottles in front of us. So much of station halts and waiting for more than 3 hours. We are in delay of 1 day as per plan. Wifi not available for throughout journey of 6 days.

I had experienced a comfortable journey in the train during the recent tour to Odissa, Kolkata, Gaya,Varanasi and Prayag. All the staff deputed to our compartment were very sincere and co-operative. The accn at night stay provided were 3 star rated with all facilities. The initiation taken by this group is a great blessing to the all people who are willing to go on tour with a low cost budget. Let me know, any package tour to Delhi, Kulu- Manali, Amritsar, wagha Boarder, Rajastan etc during the month of Sept/October 2023. I wish the SRMPR Group all the very best

It’s not worth travelling in this. Except for the train, they have not done anything. They promised to give ac bus but then the travellers were charged 40/- each to switch on the ac in the bus. Having sent my mom and mil, I had tough time praying that they should come back safe. Everywhere it’s only the traveller has to go and get the darshan. Since it’s a bus they stop far away and elderly people found it difficult to walk to the temple n other destinations. Many of them didn’t even go to lots of places as they had to walk long distances and no time was given. The buses arranged were very small and like school van where 3 adults were forced to sit leading to leg pain and other difficulties. Most of the places were closed and time given was too little that they couldn’t see anything. On the whole it was a worst experience other than the train. This might be a startup issue but definitely they are not equipped to handle the rest of the arrangements. Pls don’t get into trouble by going in this paying a high price.

That is why you should avoid package tours through Travel services. If you travel independently you can tour the places freely conveniently as per your wish. But you may face some difficulties like language barrier, non availability of good accomodation etc.

Worst 😢😢😢.. I have travelled to shiradi after viewing this video... U will get only rice based food always. . One time u will get Chappathi. There will be no wifi. Coach managers are not well trained. They do not have any medical facilities on the train. Not even a single wheel chair. They won't get the signal quickly because of private train.
