If you submit a ticket Riot treats your case differently and will genuinely investigate the game, they even explained this beginning of the year. So literally do not grief, nor be toxic because your game will be investigated. It's nice in higher elo because you'll never see those freak account buyers again and they'll have to play 30+ games to at least get there and all it takes is one ticket (10 seconds) during queue to completely take it all away.

The difference here is that ksante oneshots you when he has r up, rammus only needs w + e and is still immortal (ksante loses resistances and health)

@@v2b158 While what are you saying is correct, you still have to take into account that one of them needs their ultimate to do that, and the other basic abilities. But even so a rammus can still kill basically anything that isn't velkoz, fiora or camille as he is still a tank and has cc, damage in his kit, item damage and he is faster than you most of the time.
