@@user-xh1rx3sd4h Unless things changed, rods destroy all walls. So a looping rod used to just make one line of the station permanently destroyed (and re-destroyed if repaired) until the RD stopped it. So the best you could hope for was sealing up both sides of that line (possibly with some holofans letting people pass over the gap) and hope not too many O2 pipes were destroyed so that you can repressurize critical areas.

@@majmage It's not a real rod it destroys like one but has a finite number of things it can destroy before it stops cold With a max cap though it's a high number

The item he is using requires a maxcap, which is basically two tanks filled with gas, if the valve of the maxcap is released the two gases mix causing a reaction, in this case throwing a projectile, however the mix of gasses he used is so powerfull the projectiles pierced the entire station and even looped back.

What was used was theoretically more powerful then a max cap. A type of bomb only used truly during the days of cuban Pete. Before it was nerfed to the maximum explosion effect being a maxcap

Basically he did a one hit kill bomb, fucked the station with the first, killed some secs with the second, and killed captain if the third. Emmaged/subverted AI, or one of his friends did, i don't know, but in the end of the day he just robusted security (even without one hit kill bomb) with axe and jetpack, greentext

Some Z level sides (every level restricted to 250x250~ tiles) have a "loop", which leads to a same level. If you have one on Station level, event Rod or other projectiles will return from other side.

@@redsentry9785 you cant get buckshot roundstart but there are some ways to get it, like space exploring, i dont know exactly how they got it here but no, it was never fully removed and it wasnt added into the armory again
