You will unironically never see a deathsquad response on TG station in response to normal tator activity unless there's an event going on. One admin who was in the role for nearly a decade only summoned them twice, and that's for shifts where there was total anarchy that ran on way way way too long.

Always remember, your standard issue epipen contains Sanguirite, a really strong coagulant. Also the first aid pens in the shitty kits in O2 cabinets. But the "hypovolemic response" pens you can get in cargo or the medbay departmental crate are the best coagulants available.

There's many ways to counter it, but it's not something you can deal with absent-mindedly, you have to make a conscious effort. I find that it helps cull the braindead, in my experience.

For the future, you can weld puncture/bleed wounds closed with lighters, cauterizers and welding tools to quickly remove them

@@sargesc Comrade Barges, just Epi-pen yourself the next time around, it'll clog the bleedin' in no time, you can lay down and bondage to slow it down further, heck, you can even grab the bleedin' part to slow it down even even further (target body part and drag/grab/pull, you can't grab the bleedin' body part with the same limb that is bleedin', must have a free hand.), or just smack yourself with burn damage until it clogs, up to you really.
