Random thought. The game really needs stowaways from SS13. A trait that doesn't mean you're an antag but also explains why you're not On The List. (Edit: Also I guess the typo event or whatever) I feel in love with SS13 when I picked stowaway and found myself in the locker of security, just watching all the seccies get ready for their shift while I'm spying on them for like a solid 10 minutes. (they let me out after I pretended to be a janitor who got stuck cleaning in sec)

You should have a self destruct ability that unlocks only if your target dies, that lets you die in a small explosions (nothing too serious, just for the show).

we need a random mothcrobe event that functions like a virus and eats people's clothes. In addition to giving terminators one good excuse as to where their clothes have gone, it would be fucking hilarious to see people run around and intentionally spread the virus.

On MRP and higher, however, this thing is fucking terrifying as everybody tends to ignore a naked human just appearing in the middle of the hallway not to ruin antag's gameplay. If people are not validhunting, from what I've seen your best bet is to basically shoot and run. It's kinda cool though, true to the movies.

I'm sure it's a balance thing, but I think the endoskeleton should have hands so it can still use items; be it tools, melee, or guns. To avoid stun-and-cuffing it could simply have a permenant freedom impant to break its restraints (simulating its raw strength), either always or as an endoskeleton only (maybe doing minor laceration damage when breaking cuffs while the skin is still attached). Would it be unbalanced? Probably, yes, but it would certainly make them more dread-inducing like the plasma-gun-weilding death machines in the original Terminator movies. Even if it meant nerfs in other areas like damage resistances I think it would be worth it, especially considering the antag role is midround and has only 2 simple objectives; kill X and die, and cannot heal once it's skin has been removed. Being able to rush and destroy a futuristic killing-machine with baseball bats during its last-stand feels overwhelmingly anticlimactic.

My first and only time being exterminator, I spawned in the salv shuttle right next to a random salv guy...

i once had a round where a terminator was on the emergency shuttle shooting at people out of the medbay area with caps laser, i shot back and managed to burn its skin off but not even the entire emergency shuttle could kill the endoskeleton (didnt help that i was still using a lit welding torch on it because i didnt know the resistances lololol)

I killed someone as a terminator, and they got revived, and it said I failed the objective so I guess they either changed it or perhaps a bug because they got revived on the evac shuttle

What is the best shock damager tho?

ive only encontered one, it spawned in space outside my salvage shuttle and i was like well thats weird, are they on the manifest as it looks like they were robbed. i then realized they were a terminator and radioed sec and said hey. uh got a naked woman our here in space breathing just fine, im driving them to evac, might want to watch them. and i flew them to evac, they died within like ten minutes after walking into medical.

why did they remove it?

In the games iv played a Terminator would succeed at their mission without getting noticed.

At this point I'm just waiting for slip meta to be removed. Soap and banana peels are genuinely far too effective. They should at least be changed so they only slip once they're not moving, though I'm sure that'd be a nightmare to code.
