Love ork vehicles, so many awesome and wonderful things you can do. I really wanted to change the position of the driver to the back and just have a platform at the front for the orks to hop off of with the boarding planks

Uniform. Symmetrical. These are words are alien to the ork mind. Nice work on the conversion. You know, the reason the back of the trukk looks fine with the pieces you removed is because some of those pieces are optional upgrades. Like the big long plank pieces; those are the Boarding Planks upgrade. Interested to see where you stick those on the looted wagons.

Really glad to see you enjoying converting your trucks. Orks really are a ramshackled force non of there vehicles should look the same. Converting is a very enjoyable, rewarding part of the hobby. Maybe this has opened the door to other conversion work?

Good start on the conversion. I would add a plate on the dozer blade as if some mek had welded over a large hole. The blade looks too big and uniform at the moment.

looking great but I think the wielded plate on the blade is a great idea too and maybe take a chunk off one top end so it looks like it been badly damage then looted. Cannot wait to see the rest the Looted Tank will be kool.

Great work on the Trukk, Luke. I really like the added dozer blade from the Russ kit. I think it really represents a Reinforced Ram as being truly reinforced. Did you permanently glue the Big Shoota to the Gunner cabinet? Why not swap it with a Power Magnet in order to have available the Rokkit Launcha option available as well? You can do that with your three Trukks, it could really work on games. Despite being one shot per turn, the Rokkit can basically hurt any target, whereas the damage the Big Shoota can cause is limited to light vehicles and light infantry. Also, have you considered using Plasticard for your Ork conversion vehicles? It is a must for Ork armies, because they come in handy in every situation: there are times when the Ork kits do not come with enough bits to make that convertion, so really, the Plasticard is a welcome add-on in every Ork model (particularly on vehicles). Check out this site, I really, really, really recommend it: www.zinge.co.uk It is UK based, so you won't get any trouble for shipping rates and times. It is the ultimate converters paradise: you can get rivets, weapons (and many of them are 28 mm GW Ork sized), Power klaws, cables, motors (if you would like to add a different motor option for your Trukks or for any of your vehicles), plasticard tubes, greenstuff, magnets, Leds, battery holders, artillery kits, bullets, bullet straps, cogs, and so on. It has even a complete Modular Buggy Kit, which is an awesome addition to the Ork army if you plan to get Buggies eventually!

As a pretty heavy ork player, trucks get free rokkets. It is nice to have an AP 3 gun on a trukk. my 2 cents
