@DefenceRoger….. very easy. The more time it takes in conference, it’s clear that the candidate is a borderline case. If no discussion, either recommended or not recommended. Psychology does have more weightage, as it is the complete picture of an individual. If psychology says no, then it’s definitely no. Heard it from a psychologist as well as an interviewer myself during an SSB.

Please add One more question in the next session " what about soldiers/ airmen who are aspiring to become afsar, how they are taken on during the interview, as they have gone through all the rough n tough conditions which signifies there physical stamina n strength, also mental toughness that is essential in armed forces. Are these things are accounted as a + point

Ma'am a repeater candidate can get recommended without job in ssc tech and tgc entries. But he is doing farming and earning money from that.

There are two factors that I Believe really going to impact his SSB Interview Firstly, doing farming is being responsible gesture it is not going to impact his selection as long as he knows how to answer this question smartly with the proper stimulus and in addition to it, when it comes to SSC TECH Entry I believe knowledge regarding Core Subject is important. It should not be like he is not aware of the question being asked from him. He can definitely correlate his SSB Question to Farming as per his experience.

Ma'am, please clear my doubt. In conference president asked who is the best in your group, tell me in the sequence who follows him rankwise. Me- sir, 19 is the best in gto, good in gd, good in pgt. As i have not seen him in interview and psych so i can't tell about that. I am on the 2nd position in my group then others. ----I was honest in my answer. Did it raise question on my self confidence? If i had put myself on 1st position than gto sochta ki iska performance to 19 se km hai, ye honest nhi hu, observe achche se nhi kiya. Only 19 was recommended with pretty good marks approximately 450 in ssb.

Hi Neha, it's good to see your message. I'll just suggest you to be confident. they are not looking for your good English but how to deal with certain situations. Like if you face difficulty in having a conversation you are always allowed to switch to Hindi and then later to English. What matters is what you speak and how you carry yourself. Mam My last conference conversation President : rate ur performance in all three test. Me : 9 in gto,8 in IO, 7 in Pysche Presi : why 7 in pyshce Me : bcz i was only able to do 36 srts Presi: why only 36.. who would have practiced before coming here. Me : sir i was taking time in writing complete response and as such i did not do any practices in time pressure before coming here. In previous ssb also i could only do 30-40 srts only Presi : so are 36 srts enough to get u recommend? Me: yes sirr Presi: so tell in ur grp who will get recommend. Me: said two chest number.( one of them recommended) Then all formality questions My question is this... i did not take my chest number when he asked who in ur grp will get recommend. So does this can make a difference?????????????? My ssb marks was 100 in this IMA entry.... so was i borderline ?

When it comes to chest no., in my opinion it matters when you consider everyone except yourself you are there for your selection. So, your priority should include yourself in every aspect.

Tumne bhi kuch words Hindi ke likhe hai kuch English ke. Pehle tum kisi ek language par aao.😂😂😅 Language is only a medium to convey our message, doesn't matter which language it is.
