I'm a group A officer of a certain gov entity , I started my career as a MTS SSC at the age of 23 , then In reality officers always used to throw all their works on us , I'm a btech graduate so they used to through their works on me , those works were too easy but still some officers were so dumb that they couldn't do that , I felt very bad when they used to be praised by higher ups where I did all the works , they didn't respect at all my profile , then I cleared PCS and now I'm a group A officer and I know the pain of lower stuff's so in my office I am not letting anyone disrespect any staff not even for a moment

I joined MTS in 2018 that time I was so much in frustration due to the rude behaviour of my senior under whom I worked. Before my joining i was very happy bcz of my CPWD department in Delhi .but CPWD proved disaster for me . Now in 2022 I am currently posted in Mumbai region as an excise inspector through CGL 2019.

Mai Delhi me tha..it's totally depend upon your senior .how he treats you.. department has no problem..but one thing is not good about CPWD , not every Saturday is off only second Saturday is off..firvi bhai strong rehna ..verna log acche se treat nahi krenge ..aur aage badhne ki kosis krte rhna

Bhai jo tum bol rhe ki logo ne misconception bnaya hua hai ki MTS ki job cleaning gardening krni hai to ek baar jaa k MTS ka Official Notification bhi dekh lo ..wahan khud gardening cleaning jaisi jobs mention hai MTS staff k liye.. iss bhai ki kismat achi hai badiya department mei posting paya hai aur iska senior bhi sahi hai cooperative hai ..wrna sabke seniors aise nhi hote hain aur na hi aisa cabin type milta hai baithne ko.

MTS job h bhai cleaning or Chai ke liye Agar tum ESIC MTS ko dekh lo uski official site par likha h ki koi bhi kaam ho sakta h Dak Seva, LDC Assistant, Cleaning of Desk, Cleaning of Room, locking Room etc etc. Muje samj nahi aata is concept ko badlna kyu h koi bhi kaam chhota bada to h nahi MTS ke bina office ke sare kaam ruk jate h, UDC ke bina Officers ki salary ruk jati h, Officers ke bina Management ruk jata h sab ka apna apna role h

Police department doesn't depends on any ias or dgp it's depends on their constables. Same Army is not dependent on Major or lieutenant it depends on their soilders. After a war soilders get wound and officers get medals.

Agar sab officer hi banenge toh chai kon pilayega, jhadu - pochha kon lagayega ? Mera toh manna hai ki school level par schools ki classes aur uske toilet ki saaf safai students se hi karai jaani chahiye. Iske liye bachcho ka turn lagna chahiye.Aisa har school me compulsory hona chahiye. Isse bachcho me saaf safai ke liye jagrukta bhi aayegi aur kal ko wo ek achchhe aur har kaam ko samman dene wale nagrik banenge. Mujhe confirm nahi hai par saayad Japan me aisa hi hota hai . 🤔

One of my older Friend crack MTS exam in 2018 he is working at DGQA office he said all he have to do is Serving Tea to senior,Sweeping and mopping he also cleard the exam for Technician post but still he have to these kind of jobs

सर यह तो सच्चाई है कि इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट में और बाकी डिपार्टमेंट की तुलना में अच्छा है एमटीएस को लेकिन सब जगह यह अच्छा है नहीं है एमटीएस के लिए क्योंकि हम भी एमटीएस ज्वाइन किए हैं लखनऊ में लेकिन यहां पर एमटीएस का कोई इज्जत नहीं है चाय दो पानी दो बैग रखो गाड़ी में इसके अलावा नाइट ड्यूटी कराया जाता है रेलवे की तरह तो बिल्कुल जो है हम लोग इतना अनुमान करते तो उससे बहुत ज्यादा यहां परेशानी है यहां पर बस एक दो लोग हैं वह काफी कोऑपरेटिव है और उन्हीं के सहारे हम लोग अभी जॉब को कंटिन्यू किया लेकिन बाकी लोग काफी परेशान करने वाले नेचर के हैं

Don't go for ssc mts job if you get mts in Central Government Health Scheme🙏. You will be posted as a medical attendant in hospital 😓 with no promotion possibilities

Bhai baato me mat aana mts ko sach me koi bhi bol deta hai ki ye photocopy krke do chair sahi laga do office me unka actual kaam hi yahi hota hai plus unko extra kaam sikhaya jata hai taki jab clerk ya inspector kaamchori karna chahe to mts kare or uss ko jhak maarke karna padta hai 😂😂 Koi izzat nahi, boht extra work or working hours ye kya log hai jo pata nahi konsa mts kar rhe, mere office me jo mts hai uski to yehi halat hai
