last year at the same say i was traveling by bus everywhere and now i have a car, a bullet bike and a hero deluxe bike. i ride my bullet mostly. i brought furniture worth of 2 lakh 14 thousand. I'm SBI PO and work for 10 hours straight. yes working hours are lengthy. now I'm preparing for ssc. money is not a big deal as I'm earning decent salary but sukoon is now most important for me. in SBI you have to work hard and I'm good at customer handling. many customers Praised me in front of my branch manager. what I don't like in SBI is work culture. toxic work culture and customer is your god. many rich customer will treat you like a slave. I'm dedicatedly preparing for ssc cgl now.

Fact - bhai agar tum middle class se ate ho or UR ho or agar family pressure nahi hai , patience pura hai tho Ankh band kar ke SSC ke taraf jao otherwise go for Banking NOTE - None of them are peice of cake if you can't work for it, 🔥

Mere salary, allowances should never be compared with different jobs to conclude which is better. For example, you get Rs.1 lakh salary in one job, or you get Rs.30000 salary in another job. But here the second job could be better. Life and work balance is more important than mere salary. Salary is meant to lead a good life. If your salary is good, but you have no life (certain jobs have no work life balance, no respect from dealing parties, rigorous targets, extended working hours, no holidays to spend with family) , what is the use of it or what is the purpose of life.

selection process duration for bank po is 7 months maximum whereas clerk process takes max 5 months

Prepare for cgl but bank clerk vi denge prepare hoke quki clerk lvl po se to asan rehta hai.. I prefer cgl quki po mein paisa hisabkitab ka risk hai and pressure bohot rehta hai. Cgl mein dusri state mili to mutual transfer vi ak option hai.

A newly graduated person sees only salary and power as primary goals as he knows nothing how things work internally, and by the time he understands that daily work load and pressure, transfers, complications in day to day professional life, terrible disbalance between personal and work life are to be considered primarily, its too too late. Still I cant advise them to choose career in this or that, because whatever you get in this era is a bonus. But yes its true, in some jobs life is at least life, and in some others, life is hell.

I agree with ur most of the points, but the way you raise questions on the Interview process that is completely not acceptable, better to say ridiculous. I have some facts to support my arguments - 1st the weightage of Interview is Very low as compared to written exam, so if someone Excel in Written exam then marks allotted by Panel hardly matters ("whether they will give such low mark that you will fail " no there is no such case untill you committ some unconstitutional or Mysogynist or some very unethical remarks. So no need to worry) 2nd Questions asked by panel are very relevant they will not ask something that is not related to ur subjects, they will the things which you suppose to know, example they will not ask the mathematical althogirm from art or commerce students. 3rd marks alloted by panel is what you would have been thinking to get more or less same. Generally they don't cheat.😊 4th -IBPS make sure to eliminate any type of Quid pro quo, or conflict of interest between interviewers and interviewees , IBPS generally shuffles the GM DGM etc amongst the zone, to escape it. I said all these because I have been there, appered 4 times for different PO exam. Now working as asst mgr in Bank.
