Speedrunning: SSG-EG: a selection of a few LFOs that the operator switches to from the ADSR envelope, and the LFO's frequency depends on how short the release is. CSM: Yamaha's word for oscillator sync. It's ext CH3 mode but with an extra oscillator called the timer which retriggers all of CH3's operators each time the timer osc completes a cycle. CH3 makes a repeated popping or clicking noise if the timer freq is too low.
