Tim Chambers is the Saluting Marine who honors the POW-MIA's with a four to five hour Salute that coincides with the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Rally that takes place over the Memorial Day weekend, in Washington D.C. The protest brings awareness that there are still 80,000 + Americans that have gone missing in War, listed as POW-MIA and never returned home to their families.

People don’t realize these marines fight for us moms and dads sisters and bother our children and all Americans which are part of our flag. People have forgotten the pledge of slogan right singing the star spangled banner. People don’t remember or do t think about our military members when they sign on tone a soldier that these people are saying I will give my life if need be for this country. Far to many of vets are taking their lives and fighting an unseen war which they battle and we don’t see it. Please reach out and help in some way to stop veterans taking their lives.

He came to me the year prior I had a weapon and boots in front of me and kneeled. He returned and I was able to react and reinforce his courage to practice his own faith.

I've been to several Rolling Thunders, with a friend (Sarge Bob Hultgren) who did two tours in Vietnam- those tours never left him, and even as he was dying with Advanced Dementia his PTSD memories of Vietnam were so strong... so many men and women have given us so much then gone off to quietly lived with pain and nightmares. We have so much to be thankful for.

4 generations of my family were army veterans here in the UK. Watching this had me in tears on this Rememberance sunday where we remember all those who have served and lost their lives in conflicts home and abroad. We not only Remember our lost ones but also the lost ones of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and our allies not mentioned. I wish they did something like this in UK as it's humbling to see.

I am a Korean. When the Korean War broke out, many people were killed or injured. Without any hesitation, I am very grateful to the soldiers of each country for running for the Republic of Korea at the expense of their lives. We have the Republic of Korea now because of their sacrifice. with sincere thanks We also wish many missing persons and prisoners of war to return home as soon as possible. thank you for your service

Riding Rolling Thunder had been one of my bucket list items. Not just for the ride, but to witness first hand SSG Chambers and what he does. We did the ride in 2013. I looked for me but didn't see!!! SSGT Tim Chambers will always have a special place in my heart for what he does. I hope this never ends. Thank You For Your Service! Welcome Home.

may I suggest Sr. Irwin Wins that what you are observing is SSGT Chambers steadfast devotion and dedication to the oath he took years ago....he has not flinched nor waivered in that solemn commitment to the day the video captured. It's been suggested that blood is thicker than water.. but I'll offer that dedication to service is thicker than blood...my USMC father showed me that.. Bless all that have served for our freedom...

I witnessed one of these rides but in a way smaller capacity. I had no ties or Knowledge about the deceased hero but I almost lost it crying when they came by. I served 3 years at Wiesbaden AB, West Germany during the early 1980's. Have seen the beauty of Deutschland and the hospitality of its people. I didn't mind standing as the deterrent against the Russians and the WARSAW Pact forces, who at that time had all of the advantages, if they had decided to push through at the Fulda Gap. I hope that the German people and their culture will survive and thrive.
