For years I was told never to go to SSPX chapels, but because of Pope Francis and the year of mercy I went to an SSPX priest for confession and found an incredible chapel, incredible Priests. I will be forever thankful to Archbishop Lefebvre. Please stay united!! Stay strong

As a former Novus Ordo "quicksand" survivor, I can see EVERYTHING now. The FSSP is now at the same crossroad as Archbishop Lefebvre was at in the 1970's/80's. They are pleading with Rome their constitution, promise or deal from 1988. They simply want to do what it is that they were ordained to do... all these years! ISN'T that what Archbishop Lefebvre said? I tell you that when the day comes, and it will, when Archbishop Lefebvre is canonized a Saint, his feast day should be the same day he consecrated the SSPX bishops! 💒 Pray for us Archbishop Lefebvre 🌹

I was converted by praying the Rosary. The version of the Church that was downloaded into my soul was not the Novus Ordo. I was wandering around in sedevecantist land until I found the SSPX. Now I can belong to the Church that Our Blessed Mother called me to, without compromising my faith. Thank you and God bless you!

It was very difficult for me to persevere in spiritual life while I was saying Eastern rite Mass which was changed after 1960. But when I started to say traditional Latin Mass I really found that I grow in my love towards Jesus Christ. Traditional Latin Mass is the best!

I knew that I was hungry for True Catholicism but I didn't realize how hungry I really was, until I found the SSPX. I experienced that again, and that fire was renewed and kindled again higher, after listening to Fr. Pagliarani! When I hear over and over again those calling themselves "Traditional", I'm left with an emptiness at what is being "taught" because my heart and soul are crying out to me. I know that it's not the Faith I was taught pre-Vatican II. It's a hybrid faith that stole the name and came in from another door that is not Christ. Fr. Pagliarani exudes the 2000 year old Faith. He clearly holds dear the Faith given to us from Jesus Christ and takes seriously his responsibility in keeping the Flame alive as the Good Steward. Although what he explains is very simple, it is still very profound as Truth is by its very nature. I honestly wanted him to speak more! When you are hungry ... Go to where the food is! Air sandwiches don't fill the soul and strengthen the heart nor do word sandwiches. Fifty dollar words give me indigestion. The Great Sifting has begun and God is looking for the cream to rise to the top. True Catholics, that is, those who truly want God to be their God and not the world, the intellect, the flesh and the devil, must ignore words like "schism", "irregular", "excommunication", etc. We must unite with Truth Himself. At this point, the only visible remnant of the Truth is in the SSPX and all those like them who are preserving the Pearl of Great Price despite the cost. Truly they imitate Christ. Jesus was clear in St. Luke 11:23: "He that is not with Me, is against me; and he that gathers not with Me, scattereths." The "unity" that is idolized in Rome is not with Christ but with "man". Truly today's Rome is scattering and not gathering around Christ. That is not Catholic but usurpers.

Reply to red wolf. I live in St. Mary's, was rescued by SSPX from the VII / Novus Ordo wasteland about 45 years ago. Moved here from Kansas City in 1978. Have never for an instant regretted attending SSPX. Neither will you. I love this place and believe it is particularly blessed by Our Lady. Is it perfect? Of course not. There are wonderful and devout pople here. Are they perfect? Of course not. Its called original sin. You will not find heaven on earth here, but you will find the true sacraments, holy priests, and daily life among like minded Catholics. That may be as close to heaven on earth as it is possible to find in this terrible world today.

Father summarized it well when he said participation in the traditional liturgy makes one question the Council. The motu proprio is not about the Mass, it’s about protecting the entirety revolution that was empowered by the Council documents. The Mass is producing a rapidly growing counterrevolution that Pope Francis intends to crush at all costs. With a large generation of baby boomer Modernists passing on to the judgement, the revolution may be lost and Tradition restored. Let us do our best to make that happen!

Dear Catholic Family, I Attend a FSSP Latin Parish and the Parish I Attend never shut down nor did the Priest ever offer the Eucharist in the hand. The FSSP Latin Parish I Attend is a Beautiful Parish and I am very Blessed to have it Available to me. The Bishop in our Diocese has not bothered us with Restrictions. We thank the Lord for what He has given us. Today is First Friday (Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus) the Sung Mass today was Beautiful. All of the High Masses are so Beautiful and Powerful. Did not immediately begin attending SSPX because unlike the other "underground" priests they did not have faculteis. For me it is not a matter of choice the TLM as some priests seem to think it is the FAITH I was taught and brought up in and believed through people who lived there faith to feel the absence of GOD is unthinkable to me

We do have to faithful to the Catholic Church Magistarium. As long as the consecration of the Eucharist is valid "This is My Body". which will change sooner than we can even assume as the unthinkable.

Tradition has spread wider in the Church thanks to the ecclesia dei communities. They have grown. Many own their own property and have grown. The problem is tradition is growing and Bergoglio cannot accept the success. Bergoglio and his minions are trying to stamp it out. The SSPX is crucial but it should be generous and open to all tradional minded Catholics. The negotiations with Rome are unacknowledged in terms of articulation the correct understanding of Vatican II and what Bugnini did to the liturgy. Mueller may have been being pressured by the Pope. Mueller was removed as he did not bend to Bergoglio anymore. Bergoglio is not interested in doctrine. He wants marginalisation and pushing people into a ghetto... many Catholics of all walks do not accept this cruelty.

Pope Francis is making me make this decision.
