That vid is such a fustercluck of themes and motifs. The orphaned storyline and the sister with the neurological disorder, the admittedly appealing anime artstyle, SSSniperwolf being a part of it at all. A couple years ago I watched this channel and thought the stories were actually real. Nowadays I realized that they mostly sound too bizarre and fake. Take this story for example, I was questioning everything! How did the parents just suddenly die?! Why the heck is the grandma so young?!
