I'm actually quite satisfied that YT is willing to keep digging a hole for themselves. Though at the moment they are still at too big to fail level, they have been actively eroding their own platform. And if things keep up, it's going to make it easier and easier for competition in the future. I'm in no hurry, I can wait. Even if it takes years. It's all but guaranteed they will lose their status if they keep going like this.

The effects of doxxing are very real. A friend of mine got doxxed online over something so petty and a complete nutjob actually went to their house. The worst people will come after you and wish for your suffering merely because you’re popular, and for other selfish reasons. There’s a KZfaqr called “Viprah” who covered the resurgence of exetrwnely violent sexual Minecraft elsagate videos, and didn’t even blame KZfaq. You wanna know what they did? They kept the videos fully monetized, and shadow banned him from the algorithm. This prevented unknowing parents from seeing his warnings.

Logan Paul is big enough deplatforming him is just asking for it to somehow end up in front of a congressional committee. Presidents have tried to solve their problems with section 512. Congress has tried a couple times. This year SCOTUS took it up and quickly dropped it. It's a political mess both parties hate, and all the larger platforms try not to hand out free ammunition to them in the form of very popular charismatic faces. SSSniperWolf may fall under the same hands off policy. They don't want them to show up on TV answering questions before Congress as a 'victim' of Big Data. Even if they are horrible people, because I remind you an actual Nazi got to talk before Congress in the last 12 months about discrimination against them and people defended actual Nazis because it was politically expedient on this safe harbor issue. Emily Baker covered this and pored over the California law about doxxing, and concluded that what Sssniperwolf did is pretty clearly illegal, not just "borderline." Granted, it doesn't mean she'd face any jailtime or anything - it's just a misdemeanor, slap-on-the-wrist sort of thing. But Jacksfilms would be smart to file charges and at least get it on the books, and then if this fight continues, he'll have plenty of documentation and can maybe motivate KZfaq to take action.

The FBI needs to get involved. If anyone says they are under 18 while providing nude images, regardless of whether it’s true or not, you are by law required to delete it and/or notify police. To ignore the laws and post it anyway is literally the definition of CP. she committed a literal crime on KZfaq and KZfaq isn’t going to punish them.

Unlikely KZfaq will do anything, why punish creators that bring in the views. If they actually enforce their rules and TOS fairly, certain reactionary channels would've gotten ban a long time ago for inciting violence.

As for the 16 year old flashing, yes, it is 100% illegal for her to have not only seen her flash, but also since she was recording it, technically she has now committed a criminal offense, of which is possession of child (you know what). She could legitimately get arrested for that.

I’m my opinion, the worst thing she did was refuse to call a dying child. A Make a Wish Foundation child who was going through cancer politely reached out to her to get on a 5 minute call, but the Big Bad Wolf said “I’m busy, can we reschedule?” multiple times without actually ever doing the call. All that the girl got was a short cameo video.
