There's a balance to how much solutes you should intake that changes with exercise, that's why you get drinks with salt. It's all about keeping the right amount of fluid in your bloodstream

When I moved in with my grandparents, they told me to wash the sheets once a week and wash blankets every other week. I was shocked, my moms only wash blankets, like, once a year or something, when one of the dogs pukes on it or some other pet mess that can't be easily cleaned. Acme we only wash sheets about once a month or so. I realized after the first week that they live in a much more rustic house, with lots of unfinished wood on the walls, and it's even on the ceiling in the room I share with my aunt. And because they're always doing construction themselves, the wood is always shedding dust. And as for the sheets, which should be protected by the blanket, me and my aunt's room has terrible circulation, so I sweat a lot more.
