7:52 Those are called hide and seek dolls, it is said that they are supposed to look like children, but they have no head and are always looking at the wall. Some people have even heard them counting down from 3 and saying “ready or not here I come”, and some people have even seen them walking! It definitely is creepy.

I watch the KZfaqr that was the clip at the beginning, he bought those things for Halloween at Spirit Halloween. They’re no just props, they’re animatronics. So yes that’s why the head was moving. If someone made a video saying a prop moved it head, they’re a scammer.

Last Clip-Hide & Seek dolls, if you pause just right [when the cam faces the chair, after lights flicker] you hear the jingle from the bells on the doll, you can see the top of the boy doll's head, very quickly, running by the chair.
