I'm not sure about you, but a bright red sock on a foot which is openly sat on top of a desk, showing they are only wearing one shoe, is pretty conclusive to me, compared the thrown shoe to the other she is wearing and the case is solved. Clearly she is there because she lacks the attitude/personality to care about anyone but herself, and the fact that they thought everyone would be stupid enough to NOT realize it was them, made her look even worse.

Once in the 3rd grade, this boy was being disrespectful to my French teacher and she grabbed him by the collar and took him outside in between the doors(there’s a door on the outside that leads to a tiny space where there’s two doors for two classes) he then proceeded to try and fight with said French teacher, it ended up with him being thrown out onto the pavement in the winter, and getting the doors locked on him. A couple years later, the teacher was fired for being “too rough” when in reality, the students were just big as*holes

It’s an act. I’m an educator. No teacher I know would engage an unruly student in this manner, we are trained not to escalate or disengage. Obvious that the “students” are adults, possibly teachers performing what not to do.
