According to the Felstead peal database, the 1986 peal is actually the third peal on those bells.

I understand the principle of change ringing and bell displacement, but every time i see a video I can't see any difference in the time each ringer pulls the bell again.

Michael Each ringer is in control of his own bell and is able to keep it on the point of balance for slightly longer or slightly shorter than the bell he just followed thus "changing" his position in relation to the others. the hole is for a rope to toll one of the bells from the ground floor. See my latest video.

Jordan, thanks for watching our video. When we are ready to start, the treble ringer says "stand to," as he gets his bell on the balance, "treble's going" as it begins it's downward swing, and "she's gone" as it is on it's way. Hope this is of help, are you a ringer ? Have you ever been in a tower ? I'm sure there is a tower near you which would be pleased to show you what happens. All the best Peter
