The interior design is done so well that I could actually bypass my dislike for the bedroom at the entrance. Stunning interior design. That is what would sell this home . As always lovely job showing this home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice property and video. I would add the wood-like tile to the entire home, plus a pot-filler above the stove. Furthermore, I would add lighting under the cabinets. Lastly, add in the Primary bedroom an above rain-shower.

Its beautiful. But, I think its always good to have an idea of how much the property worth. would you mind to show also in the discerption box how much the house worth, please for next time. We are planning to retire in Florida by next year.

We closed on our home in del Webb Sunbridge. It was a horrible experience. The sales person are poorly informed and the building personnel responsible for making sure our home was going to be delivered on time and assure the quality of the home were incompetent. On our closing date our home was filthy. All the items we found that needed to be corrected or fixed was incomplete. I’m am beside myself and very very depressed. The builder has ghosted us and turned us over to warrantee to fix the things the builder team Neglected to correct. There was no care or pride in our home. The interior looks like it was worked on by day laborers rather than professionals. I am so Sad because I have no confidence in this company or it’s people. They have a mission statement and they completely ignored it. Now I feel my only opportunity is to sell this home and hopefully get what I paid for it. My heart is broken.

How does that work? Do all people living in a house need to be 55+? Or can a spouce be younger?

The houses are sold on the basis that you are both 55 or over.If your spouse is younger that could mean children and that's not what a 55 or over community means.Grandchildren visiting by all means but not resident .

why is there a garden in front of the garage?

Because they usually have an office were the garage is and once the house is sold they move out aand turn the front into a driving way into the garage. And sometimes customers uses the garage as extra room

Most model homes are set up as Geir mentioned. Once they are done with the community they will convert back to a driveway and sell. Thank you for joining the Tour
