Beautiful home beautiful landscaping just wondering why it doesn’t have a pot filler in the kitchen? Yeah I’m not a fan of the L-shaped garage either but I like how the garage the smaller garage goes all the way back to the pool area. That’s really cool.

Right?! I find that a pot filler is one of those must have or could care less items. We’ve had quite a few clients build homes with and without that feature lol I’m not a huge fan of L-shape garages in general, the pass through in this home and the use of that lot made sense. Most plans in Kayenta tend to hug the front corner of the lot by the driveway and then have 70% of the log stretch towards the rear corner giving you tons of privacy and space.

Wow! Sounds like a nice and interesting home! The concrete floors sound very unique too! I have never heard of an L-shaped garage before! Exactly what does it look like, and how does it work compared to a traditional garage? Never heard, or seen anything like that before! Very nice home once again, and very descriptive in the video!

The house is nice, but the way the layout is inside does not take maximum advantage of the beautiful view. The pool could also be bigger imho.

I think it was pretty much built to the owner’s spec. The pool is actually pretty sizable, I don’t think the video does it justice

@LIVING IN ST GEORGE UTAH Is there a reason that the house is lower than the area it surrounds? It would have a better view if it were level with the surrounding terrain, imho.
