The three Battlehawks games this season have been as exciting as it was following the St. Louis Rams under Kurt Warner. I am also really impressed by the field goal kickers on all the teams I have seen.

I've enjoyed watching and I think the way they score extra points after TD is more exciting than a chip shot field goal, but there's also a very clear lack of talent in this league. Some of these guys really suck and it reminds you why none of them are in the NFL, with the exception of McCarron who requested release but even he was a backup.

He's the perfect QB for this league and was a serviceable backup in the NFL. As a Michigander I'm a Panthers fan, but AJ is the one guy I'm really rooting for because of his reasoning behind his release from the NFL.

Honestly I have no connection to St Louis at all, but for whatever reason I just connect with them the most. And I technically lived just 2 and a half hours from Birmingham, and they’re objectively the best team in the UFL right now.

Nice win for the Hawks! Last year if they were in the Championship they would had won. Hopefully we can pull it together early and AJ can keep ballen like he did today! Bring a chip to St. Louis and show how big spring football can be. That game would be sold out and ruckus!

This is clearly an offensive game. I would rather the refs call it both ways than try and make calls when they “see” it, because the brahmas had just as many as the battlehawks. NFL refs would have called a huge number of holding calls both ways. Plus in a crucial play you can challenge it.

@@austinberry3299 Maybe. Maybe not. If one goes back to the Super Bowl, the refs could have called a lot of holding, also ticky-tacky defensive holds and illegal contact. But they weren't going to have a repeat of the previous year, and make the game about themselves. But they were at least fair and even, for both teams.

Brahmas have been much better this year, good team to watch, Wade Phillips I think has helped the team. I still feel they lacking on defence. Battlehawks played really good, too much for em
