I love the chemistry between the three of you guys. Love the channels. But I have to say, Dave is the only one that I can relate to, Daz seems like a bit of a braggart - always talking about how much he's experienced (especially when it comes to America), and Mike always seems a bit lost - like you just pulled him off the street to be a part of this... Great video! I'm from Missouri so I was excited to see this one. The white area on the homemade jerky is just fat. It looks weird when it gets dried out and is usually all trimmed off. The real fun with jerky is that you can order almost any different kind of animal, from alligator to zebra, and try meat you would never be able to otherwise. Keep up the good work!

There are literally thousands of brands of BBQ sauce in the states. The flavor varies depending on the region but most times you can’t go wrong with a non commercial brand. The best sauces are from smaller start ups or someone with a killer recipe at a farmers market. Same with beef jerky and salsa. Beer as well. I’ve always enjoyed the ones that are harder to find. To me they are usually the best.

The issue with most chips from the US is the bean counters who dictated using partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. If they used olive oil or even veg oil it would be 10 times better. Anyway these are good choices, especially old Vienna. Not many cities have as many localized chip options.. btw look up the only WC game won by the US over England.
