Nelly laid out a timeline, gave in-depth details & had Love (Murphy Cousin) sitting there to correct if he miss spoke. Those guys was f-ed when they signed over 100% of their publishing. Ali thought as a group they would go beyond St Louis quickly but when Universal only wanted Nelly & paid him out of that crazy contract, they all became envious

Murphy lee admitted that they all just went with the lie that the group pushed nelly to go solo. He admitted the labels didn’t want them they only wanted nelly & nelly fought for them & he had a clause in his deal tgat if he sold 250k the label would give them a group deal with the option for a solo deal as well

Worst advise ever. It’s almost imposible to get a $200k business loan even with a 800 fico score. It takes way more than that. You need collateral an amazing business plan and then you go try to find investors. Now once your business is up and running and showing profits it’s easier to borrow or sell part of ownership.
