Well, it happened so fast. Yep, we had a flash flood in st neots last Sunday. The clouds got darker and suddenly the heavens opened. Within 20mins we had water everywhere, and it was quite deep. Within a few hours the water had gone, just a bit of sweeping up for the local businesses. Thanks for watching, and if you haven’t subscribed to my channel please do (Andrew Ward weird world). I’m looking to buy in St. Neot’s but every time I put a post code in to the government flood risk website, it says it is “high risk” :s

Hi Ng, it’s not that bad. If you buy near the town centre you might have flooding, probably once every 10 years. If you buy near loves farm which is on the outskirts of the town you be ok.

Wow! That's crazy. We get strong Thunderstorms in Texas that last 5-10 minutes be we don't get flooded easily. Must be because our ground isn't as saturated as ya'lls.
